NEST
about.
NEST is a concept interior design studio that focuses on designing warm, minimal, and thoughtfully curated living spaces. The studio aims to combine simplicity, natural materials, and intentional spatial design to create interiors that feel calm, functional, and inviting.

challenge.
• Translating Spatial Design into Digital
Interior design focuses on atmosphere, materials, and physical space. The challenge was translating those qualities into a digital interface that still feels calm, warm, and immersive rather than just a gallery of images.• Maintaining Simplicity Without Losing Depth
Minimal design can easily feel empty if not handled carefully. The challenge was balancing simplicity with meaningful content and visuals while preserving visual breathing space.• Designing Subtle and Purposeful Motion
Motion was used to bring the interface to life, but it needed to remain subtle and refined. The challenge was creating interactions that enhance the experience without distracting from the content.• Structuring Clear Project Storytelling
Interior design work is highly visual, but it still requires narrative. Organizing the website so visitors can easily understand the studio’s projects, process, and philosophy was an important challenge.• Learning and Building in Framer
This project was also my first experience building a fully interactive website using Framer. Translating design ideas into responsive layouts and smooth interactions required experimentation and iteration throughout the process..

result.
The final outcome of this project was a fully interactive website concept that captures the calm, minimal atmosphere often found in thoughtfully designed interiors. Through careful use of spacing, typography, and subtle motion, the interface aims to create a browsing experience that feels refined, immersive, and easy to navigate while allowing the interior projects to remain the focal point.
Building the project in Framer also allowed the design to move beyond static visuals into a real, interactive experience. It provided the opportunity to experiment with motion, layout behavior, and responsiveness, helping translate the original design ideas into a functional website that better reflects how the experience would feel in practice.
